This Privacy Policy explains what data ExtraCP collects when you use this website and customer portal, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Order & license data — the plan you buy, order amounts, and the license keys issued to you.
• Contact messages — anything you send via the contact form (name, email, message).
• Technical data — IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To provide the service (issue and validate licenses, deliver installers), process payments, respond to your messages, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — the provider handles them under its own security and privacy terms.

License validation

Your ExtraCP installation periodically checks in with our license server, sending only the license key and a server identifier. This never transmits the content of your hosting accounts.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account, order, and license data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
