Is the Free tier really free?
Yes — one server with up to 5 hosting accounts and all the core features, forever. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What are the server requirements?
A fresh 64-bit Linux server (Ubuntu recommended) with root access and at least 1 GB RAM — more as you add accounts. ExtraCP runs on your own VPS or dedicated server, not on shared hosting.
Is pricing per account or per server?
Per server. Add as many hosting accounts as your server can handle — no per-account tax, unlike legacy panels.
Can I migrate my cPanel accounts?
Yes. The built-in importer recreates each account from a standard cPanel backup — files, databases, email (with messages), DNS and domains — preserving passwords so sites and mail keep working.
What happens if my license server can't be reached?
Nothing breaks. Licenses are signed and validated offline-tolerant — a check-in outage never takes your hosting down.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of a paid purchase (see our Refund Policy). And the free tier lets you evaluate everything first at no cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal; your license stays valid through the paid period.
