The per-account tax

Legacy panels often price by account count. Put more sites on the server you already pay for, and the panel charges you more — for hardware you already own. It's a tax on your own growth.

A simpler deal

ExtraCP prices per server. Run as many hosting accounts as your server can comfortably handle; the license doesn't count them. Your costs track the hardware you actually run, not an arbitrary meter.

That's better for small hosts finding their feet, and it's better for resellers whose whole business is fitting more happy customers onto each box.

The free tier covers one server with a handful of accounts and every core feature — DNS, email, databases, SSL, the cPanel importer. Upgrade only when you outgrow it, and even then you're paying per server, not per account.
